2. We are not an expert buyer in your technology, what information do you need from us to quote ?
Dear friend, please inform us clearly you use reader in what working environment of project, what goal do you want to achieve, we would propose you the suitable product in good price.
3.If any problems on the products, how can we get the replacement or maintenance?
Usually if under warranty, we will offer free spare parts to replace;
If can't be fixed, we will provide free new one to replace.
For the shipping cost,we will share 50% and 50%.
If out of warranty, you need to pay for the spare parts or new one and the shipping cost.
