UHF High Performance Fixed Reader UHF Reader ZK-RRFID408 is designed upon fully self-intellectual property. Based on proprietary efficient digital signal processing algorithm, it supports fast tag read/write operation with high identification rate. 1.When will you send out the goods? And how long time we can get?
For sample orders, usually within one week; For regular orders, usually with in 1-2 weeks; For OEM orders,usually within one month.
If by DHL or other express, it needs 3-7 days after ship out.
If by normal Airline, it needs 1-2 weeks to get to your airport after we ship out.
If by sea, it needs about 1 month to get to your seaport after we ship out.
2.If any problems on the products, how can we get the replacement or maintenance?
Usually if under warranty, we will offer free spare parts to replace;
If can't be fixed, we will provide free new one to replace.
For the shipping cost,we will share 50% and 50%.
If out of warranty, you need to pay for the spare parts or new one and the shipping cost.
